How do you ship your products?

We ship all our products either with USPS, UPS or Fedex.
 
How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time highly depends on your shipping method. Please refer to “Terms and Conditions” for additional details. Usually shipping time is within 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
 
Why isn’t my tracking updated?

Usually USPS takes about 24 hours to update a package status. Please allow time for USPS to update your tracking status. If status is not updated after 2-3 days, please contact us for investigation.
 
When do you ship my package?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. For Priority and Express Mail, if placed before 10am PST, we ship the same day.
 
Can I use my personal shipping account?

Sorry, we do not accept personal shipping accounts for domestic shipping. We do, however, accept personal accounts for International mails.
 
Where is the package coming from?

Packages are shipped from our warehouse, located in California.
